As of Sunday, December 1, Phase One is getting closer to completion. Painting has been done, HVAC has been installed, and we are on track to see Oncor connect our permanent power to the building this next week. Plumbing fixtures have also been ordered, and doors installed. Construction is approximately 80 percent complete.
